Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
 

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $100.

 

For orders under $100, there is a flat fee of $10 for shipping within Australia and $15 for shipping outside Australia.


If you need something urgently, please contact us before you place your order at: info@luxelane.com to check availability for immediate shipping and delivery estimates.


While we are dedicated to getting your order to you as soon as possible, delivery dates are not guaranteed due to many factors which include but are not limited to: extreme weather conditions, customs delays, and delays at our shipping partners.

 

 

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA 
 

We will process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receipt, subject to stock availability.


Orders shipped from our HQ are shipped via Startrack Express overnight service. Delivery to most areas is 1 business day. Some remote areas can take up to 3-5 business days.


Orders shipped from the factory are shipped via DHL. Delivery to most Metropolitan areas is 2-3 business days. Some remote areas can take up to 5-7 business days. 


 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA 
 

We will process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receipt, subject to stock availability.


Delivery is via DHL, with delivery time between 2-3 business days. 


 

TRACKING ORDERS
 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and shipping service provider. Please note sometimes these emails can be found in ‘Junk Mail’ if they’re not in your Inbox.

RETURNS
 

If your dress doesn’t fit, Luxe Lane will happily accept for a size exchange (same style and colour) any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and that is dispatched to us within 3 days of receipt by you. Please try on your item(s) as soon as they arrive to check that you’re happy with the size.

 

SIMPLE STEPS TO RETURN:

  1. Notify us via email of your intention to return – customercare@luxelane.com – we will email back with the applicable return address for your order.
  2. Return your item via Mail with tracking number (ie registered or express) – item must be dispatched to us within 3 days of receipt by you. 
  3. Your exchange will be mailed out to you.

 

Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Returns not received in their original condition will be automatically returned to the customer, with shipping fees charged to the customer. Items which smell of smoke, perfume or deodorant will automatically be returned so please take due care when trying on your order. Luxe Lane reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in new condition. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable. 

 

Generally exchanges take 2-3 working days to process, subject to stock availability, plus the delivery time to your area.

 

 We do not cover your shipping costs back to us. However, shipping is free on replacement item (same style and colour). We offer one free exchange for every item.

 

 Items that cannot be exchanged are: swimwear, as well as any SALE! item including items purchased using one of our FLASH SALE codes.  

 

Please note we do not offer refunds.
